France$18 Dark, inky and nicely
unadorned, with violet and fresh
blackberry flavors showing real purity
and freshness. Ripe and weighty,
offering velvety tannins that guide
the chalky, smooth finish, flecked
with fleur de sel, garrigue and
licorice root. Solid and vibrant. 90

- 2019 Secret Squirrel Cabernet
Sauvignon, Columbia Valley $20 The
Secret Squirrel 2019 Cabernet
Sauvignon delivers complexity and
elegance. This wine is a blend of 80%
Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet
Franc, 4% Petit Verdot, and 2% Merlot.
It showcases what the vineyards of
Walla Walla and Red Mountain produce
best, with layers of bold red and
black fruit, tobacco, cedar, dark
chocolate, and barrel spice notes. It
is aged for 22 months in French oak
casks, followed by an extended bottle
aging before its release, making for
an undeniably smooth experience that
drinks well.

cherries to the fore. It is graceful
and silky on the palate, winning you
over with its tasty, supple and
persistently fresh fruit and light,
elegant style. Very versatile:
it is excellent with pasta dishes with
rich sauces, roasts and white meats,

or aged cheeses.

- 2023 Stoller Chardonnay, Oregon $18
Aromas of lemon curd leap from the
glass, followed by gunflint, freshly
cut herbs, and orange oil. On the
palate, tropical flavors of mango and
fresh lemon evolve into crisp pear and
apple, with lingering notes of white
flowers on the finish. The mid-palate
is broad, expanding to fill the mouth,
while a clean line of acidity carries
through to a bright finish.
- 2024 Maysara Arsheen Pinot Gris
Momtazi Vineyard OR. $18 Aromas of
fresh cut honeysuckle, ripe honeydew
melon, and yellow apple lead to a
palate that can stand all on its own.
Grapefruit, golden apples, and pears
float atop juicy acidity. A complex
white that will pair perfectly with
creamy cheeses and weighty pasta
dishes.
- 2024 Meiomi Sauvignon Blanc, CA $15.
Bold, approachable, and full of
coastal character. This bright and
lively wine opens with zesty citrus,
dewy grass, and tropical aromas
Beautifully balanced flavors of lemon,
guava, and ripe pineapple unfold to
reveal a fresh and elegant profile.
The finish is crisp yet rounded with
moderate weight.

addition, the wine saw no malolactic
fermentation and only briefly rested
on its lees. A tropical one-two punch

crisp texture, INOX delivers flavors
