  • Santiam Wine & Bistro Red October 2024 $100.80 after your 10% discount
    • 2021 Decoy Merlot Napa Valley $20 Beautifully lush and expressive, this alluring Merlot draws you in with aromas of black currant, cherry, boysenberry and sweet baking spices. On the palate, it is plush and polished, with silky tannins carrying the luxurious dark berry, creamy mocha and bittersweet chocolate flavors to a long, supple finish.
    • 2021 Stafford Hill Tempranillo Eola Amity Hills, OR $18 This wine comes from our La Chenaie vineyard site in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, located west of Salem near Rickreall Oregon. It is a 104 acre site, planted starting in 2001, with 27.4 acres under vine including Tempranillo, There are currently 4 acres of Tempranillo planted with 5 different Tempranillo clones –The soils are a mix of clay silt and loam known as Jory, Gelderman, and Ritner, with Ritner being the shallow more rocky soils where the hills crest, Gelderman just below, and Jory deeper and farther down the slopes. It farmed organic and biodynamic.
    • 2021 Greenwing Cabernet Sauvignon, $18 East of Washington’s majestic Cascade Mountains, the Columbia Valley has earned renown as the source for North America’s most dynamic and exciting Cabernet Sauvignons. With idyllic sundrenched summer days, cold nights and very little rainfall, it is a land of extremes, where Cabernet Sauvignon clusters ripen perfectly on the vines, yielding energetic wines, with soaring aromas and tantalizing flavors of plum, black cherry and wild strawberry. Blend: 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Malbec, 2% Syrah
    • 2021 Browne Forest Project Cabernet Sauvignon $21 Planting a forest one bottle at a time. Browne Family Vineyards is honored to partner with One Tree Planted. Together we can restore forests and make a positive social impact. The wine's blackberry and vanilla aromas joined by bursts of lilacs and balsa. I was expecting more body and structure on the palate, so I was surprised by the wine's gossamer texture and plush tannins. The black-and-blueberry flavors hefty with bit of oak influence.
    • 2022 Gran Passione Rosso Vento, Italy $14 Intense purple color, tending towards amber with ageing. It is full-bodied with a solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and fine balance between soft tannins and acidity from rich red and black fruits. Delicious wine for roasted and grilled meats. Ideal with game dishes. Excellent with mature hard cheeses. Blend: 60% Merlot, 40% Corvina
    • 2021 Tyrus Evan Red Blend Columbia Valley $21 At Ken Wright Cellars, family is everything. This label is named after Ken’s sons. Tasting Notes: Rich, ripe and full bodied, this classic red blend displays notes of black plum, raspberry, cocoa nibs, and cedar. Elegantly structured with velvety tannins. 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 15% Malbec, 10% Petit Verdot

  • Santiam Wine & Bistro September White Cheap & Cheerful $83.70 - after your 10% discount
    • 2023 Bodega Colomé Torrontés Calchaqui Valley, Argentina $14 This version is subtly floral, with hints of geranium and dried rose hip on a smooth-textured palate of mandarin orange and dried pineapple, with just enough acidity to pick up the flavors and carry them onto the finish around a lingering note of candied lemon peel. Drink now. 90 Points Wine Spectator
    • 2022 Umani Ronchi Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Villa Bianchi, Italy $12 Verbena and fresh hay notes accent the ripe yellow plum and crushed almond flavors in this balanced, light-bodied white, with hints of white pepper and graphite. Lively finish. Drink now. 88 Points Wine Spectator 12.5 % Alc
    • 2023 Raza Vinho Verde D.O.C. Portugal $12 A cheerful, translucid, lemon-yellow, and slightly pétillant white wine, Vinho Verde means ‘green wine’ and named after the northwest Portuguese region from which it originates. The ‘green’ in the name refers to the youthful state in which the wines are customarily released and consumed, not the color of the wine. It is typically a blend of various percentages of Alvarinho, Loureiro, Trajadura, and Pedernã (Arinto). Following initial alcoholic fermentation, a natural, secondary malolactic conversion in cask produces carbon dioxide, giving Vinho Verde its charmingly light sparkle. 11.5 % Alc.
    • 2021 McBride Sisters Chardonnay Central Coast, CA $15 Creamy and lush, with flavors of lemon meringue, lemon curd and crème anglaise that show accents of marmalade and apricot pastry, plus fresh grace notes of tangerine, candied ginger and toasted, buttery brioche. A fresh thread of acidity keeps all the flavors in focus. Drink now. 90 Points Wine Spectator 13.5 % Alc.
    • 2023 Lamblin & Fils Bourgogne Blanc, France $20 When you taste it, you could easily take Lamblin’s Bourgogne Blanc for Chablis. In price, however, it bears no resemblance at all. A can’t-miss member-favorite offering mouthwatering lemon curd and juicy pear accented by wet stone, it’s an outstanding bargain. 12.5 Alc.
    • 2023 Hiruzta Txakolina Spain $20. Made from the Hondarrabi Zuri grape, grown in the winery’s own vineyards in Hondarribia and fermented at its state-of-the-art facility. Produced in at an exceptional winery equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Intense aromas of white (pear and apple), citrus (grapefruit) and tropical (pineapple and passion fruit) fruit aromas, also swathed with white flower (orange blossom) scents, all enhanced by the subtle release of the natural carbonic gas. It is very balanced and fresh, with a certain sense of spicy sparkle on the tongue and an integrated acidity. Pleasant on the palate, with a citrus and tropical aftertaste. Long and aromatic finish.
