We enjoy helping our clients choose the perfect wine for their occasion, including wine pairings, wine tastings, gifts, specific food pairings, planning a wedding, party or whatever else! We would love to answer your questions and help make the perfect selection for you. At Santiam Wine & Bistro you can plan a private party, if the shop is available. And we aren't limited only to wines: we have some great balsamic vinegar, olive oils from Spain, France, Oregon and Italy, exotic salts, fabulous local & imported cheese; and meat & cheese platters to go and more!

    • 2020 Goru Verde Monastrell, Spain $15 Made with Organically grown grapes, this little gem is a favorite. This wine offers aromas of black currant, anisette, and thyme.     • 2021 Abbot’s Table Columbia Valley $21 This wine honors the most fundamental form of hospitality throughout the ages, fellowship with guests over food and wine.     • 2021 Franciscan Estates Cabernet Sauvignon, CA. $18 This wine boasts a deep and rich color with aromas of black tea, clove, and anise that are sure to tantalize your senses.     • 2023 Casa Santos Lime Blanco, Portugal $9 Great deal. Notes is about lemon, peach, stone, and honey notes, while on the palate offers crisp acidity and tropical fruit. Porch pounder for the heat wave the Willamette Valley will get very soon! Pair with Mexican food, pasta, and salads.
    • 2023 Cotes du Solitude Cotes du Rhone Blanc, France $15 The French did not invent winemaking. They simply perfected it. For centuries, France has been producing wines that inspire poetry, awe, and wonder; wines that blur the lines between nature, craftsmanship, cuisine and art. The proof is in this bottle; 30% Viognier, 30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Marsanne, 10% Clairette 13.5 ALC. Aromatic and fresh with peach and grapefruit notes Pair with Sushi, Asian-style food or roasted chicken.
    • 2021 Pierre Sparr Pinot Blanc Alsace $18 Sourced from Alsatian vineyards from vines averaging 30 years of age. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled with no malolactic fermentation. Tasting notes from the producer: "Gold color with light reflections. Elegant floral nose on white flowers and pear notes." This easygoing wine reveals marvelous minerality with notes of lemon peel and a touch of laurel, well balanced.     • 2021 Little James Basket Press Blanc, France $12 Sauvignon Blanc brings acidity to the blend while Viognier provides fleshiness and attractive notes of stone fruit and flowers. Blending the two varieties results in an aromatic and fresh-tasting wine with aromas and flavors of peach blossoms, fennel, apricots, grapefruit, lychee fruit, and mangos. featuring crisp and fruity flavors that work well with a wide range of foods.     • 2023 Isle Saint Pierre Rose France $12 To call this wine a “kitchen sink Rose” is sort of an understatement. Made from Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Vermentino, Colombard, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, Tannat and Syrah, all sustainably farmed in the south of France. A Rose that is always a hit as it delivers way more wine than you would expect for such a great price. Nice floral notes with berry like pops of fruit. Dry and easy drinking this is a buy by the case kind of Rose to have on hand all summer long.
    • 2021 La Roseraie Sauvignon France $12 This zippy sauvignon Blanc will dance on your tung when the sun comes out. ALC 11.50%
