    • 2022 Do Epic Sh*it by Browne WA. $20 Aromatics of black fruit and dusty oak lead to flavors of anise, Bing cherry and allspice. This Cabernet Sauvignon is incredibly smooth with round tannins and leaves a fruty finish of red apple, plum and milk chocolate.
    • 2021 Tyrus Evan Red Blend Columbia Valley $21 If you follow classic Oregon Pinot Noir you surely know the wines of Ken Wright, one of the most important vintners of the past 40 years. But you may not know this family brand, named for his two sons. Tyrus Evan wines are priced lower than the Ken Wrights, and focus on Washington rather than Oregon vineyards. This brand new release is a classic Bordeaux blend drawing almost half its grapes from the outstanding Cold Creek vineyard. It's bright and spicy with cassis, black cherry, cocoa, espresso and baking spices galore. It sets up firm but fruit forward, and can benefit from decanting to pull all its components into balance. 1568 cases; 14%; $24 (Columbia Valley) At Santiam Wine & Bistro it is $21
    • 2022 Gruna Grimaldi Barbera D’Alba Italy $23 Bruna Grimaldi Scassa Barbera d'Alba offers intense aromas of red fruits, sour cherries with graphite and menthol notes on the nose. • 2022 Growers Pinot Noir Oregon $15 2022 in Oregon saw the perfect balance between ripeness, with a very warm summer, and book-ended with cooler weather in spring and fall. Ripe cherry notes with toasty oak aromas and bursting red fruits in the palate and a juicy long finish. Enjoy now and over the next 5 years!
    • 2021 Scaia Rosso Veneto, Italy $16 Floral aromas of red roses and pansies alongside fruity notes of cherries, plums, and woodland berries such as blackberries, currants and raspberries. Well balanced, tangy and fresh on the palate. Intense with a good body despite its young lightness.

    • 2023 Lamblin Bourgogne Blanc $20 A touch of smokiness from reduction persists in this young bottling but fades with aeration, revealing bright, juicy lemon and yellow-apple aromas.
